It has almost been a month since I arrived in the Pacific Northwest and time has flown by. The first two weeks my friend Selma and I have been traveling tirelessly south on the Pacific Coast Highway all the way to Cresent City in California. Then the journey took us inland toward Ashland, then Portland and lastly Seattle. Selma left for Bosnia and Herzegovina, and I remained here with family. But the traveling didn't stop. I visited Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and the Richland and Tri-Cities area. Next Monday I will return to Seattle and towards the end of the week I will be back home. I do miss home. This is the longest I have been away, but the experiences and stories will make up for that. Meanwhile here are some images from the journey so far, while the massive travel series will follow soon, once I'm back home.

Up: The Harrison Slough in Coeur d'Alene in Idaho; Below: the seemingly unending plains of south-east Washington state, entering Richland.

I hope to share more with you soon!
 Have a great weekend.
